Team Member Spotlight: Julia Martin, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Bookkeeper, and HR Manager
At Executive Printing, every team member plays a crucial role in keeping our family business running smoothly. One of the key people behind the scenes is Julia Martin, who ensures our financial operations stay on track while also making a meaningful impact in the community. She handles bookkeeping, payroll, and human resources—helping keep everything in order so our team can focus on delivering quality printing services.
Julia began working part-time at Executive Printing in 2013 and transitioned to full-time in 2015. Her career in the industry started when her father needed someone to step into a key role, and she was eager to take on the challenge. Looking back, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
I was given an opportunity from my dad, and
I can’t imagine any other profession I’d enjoy more.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of Julia’s work is getting to be part of the family business her father started. She especially enjoys working alongside some of her brothers, carrying on the legacy of quality service and strong values that Executive Printing is known for.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys a good book, spending time with her family and friends, and serving at her church. She also has a deep love for coffee—because what’s better than a good book and a great cup of coffee? A little-known fact about Julia? She spent six months living in Southeast Asia, an experience that broadened her perspective and deepened her appreciation for different cultures. Among all the places she has traveled, Malaysia remains a favorite.
My time in Southeast Asia was one of the hardest, but one of the best things I’ve ever done!
Julia has a heart for service and is actively involved with Way of Jesus Ministries. She helps lead a Tuesday night Bible ministry for young girls in Lancaster, mentoring and encouraging them in their faith.
