Team Member Spotlight: Mark Sweigart, Bindery
For the past 13 years, Mark Sweigart has been an essential part of the Executive Printing team. As a skilled bindery operator, Mark runs the folding, stitching, cutting, and stapling machines that bring each print project to life — ensuring every finished piece meets the highest standards of quality.
Mark’s love for paper and machinery is what first drew him to the printing industry, and that passion continues to shine through in his work every day. He enjoys the flexibility of his role, the opportunity to run different machines, and the camaraderie of his good-hearted coworkers. Most of all, he appreciates being part of a workplace where everyone is well taken care of.
This year, one project stood out as his favorite — the Syren book — a beautifully crafted piece that challenged his skills and showcased his attention to detail.
Outside of work, Mark stays active and competitive. He enjoys frisbee golf, board and card games, family activities, walking his dog Buster, baseball, and working out to stay in shape. A fun fact: Mark admits he’s ready to compete at just about anything — whether it’s sports or games!
If Mark could have any superpower, he’d combine super strength, speed, and invisibility to seek justice for all. And when it comes to travel, Niagara Falls holds a special place as his favorite destination.
